These screensavers can be downloaded and used freely by students and educators. All the images and resources  have been produced by staff/students at North Chadderton School. The use is restricted to non-profit educational use only. Best viewed using a 800 x 600 screen resolution. The files are provided in two versions: a self-extracting (exe) version, and a zip version. You can use the menu at the top of this page to select your screensaver(s).  Further information is given below.

How to download and install the Screensaver(s)

Self-Extracting Files (exe)

1. Select and your chosen topic and the type of file ( exe ).
2. Click on the chosen type of file.
2. The file will begin to download, or you will be prompted to find a directory to store the file.
3. After downloading the file, find its location on your computer.

4. Just click on the self-extracting ( exe) file
5. The screensaver will be installed on your computer.

Zip Files (unzip facility is required)

You need an unzip facility for this to work. You can download a free evaluation copy of WinZip from http://www.winzip.com/

1. Select and your chosen topic and the type of file ( zip ).
2. The file will begin to download, or you will be prompted to find a directory to store the file.
3. After downloading the zip  file, find its location on your computer.

4. Just click on the zip file
5. Follow the instructions in WinZip.
6. Click on the
extracted file to install it on your computer
