* You can start as soon as you have done the following.

1. Read and signed the Acceptable User Policy
2. Your parent(s ) has/have signed the Parental Permission Form
3. You have seen an individual member of staff about the proposed work.
4. You have completed and submitted a Session Information Form
5. You have arranged a suitable time for a supervised  session

On the Session  Information Form  you will state :

(i)    the nature of the investigation ,

(ii)   the length of time for the session (estimated),

(iii)  when you need to use the Internet for the session.

(iv)  the web sites you will visit, if known, or any E-mail addresses .

(v)   the name of the teacher giving you permission

You must obtain the signature of the teacher.

Hand the form to the librarian (Mr. Brown),who will arrange a suitable time for your session.

After you have finished your session, tell the teacher or librarian who is supervising you.
